CONCORD: Veldt & Meridian

Veldt and Meridian are the second successful human/Ghost trial unit to operate under Concord, created and trained as specialized contract killers in an era steeped in moral decay. Bound by a fatal injury and their allegiance to a government whose mission is to eradicate corruption and protect all its citizens from the genetically mutated variant of human they call “ghosts”.
